The room I stayed in had a cozy feel with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I found one feature to be a bit of a downside. The limited number of rooms available at Plaium Montis means that availability can be a challenge.

The location was historic - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We visited Bacchanalia walking distance from the venue for a few drinks. The view of sea from our tastefully decorated and tidy room was delightful.

The decoration at Plaium Montis was charming and elegant, with beautiful touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and were always ready to lend a helping hand.
I would have appreciated a grab bar in the bathroom for better safety during my stay.

the attention to detail was fantastic, with well decorated big rooms that had a balcony overlooking the stunning views of the gulf of Salerno and Amalfi coast. Secondly, the location was ideal as it was close to the town center and the Minerva Gardens. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff made my stay even better, providing excellent service. One detail I particularly liked was hearing about the local attractions and ferry connections from the port.
Everything was great, truly nothing to complain about.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding. Our room was spacious and had a separate lounge area for breakfast, with stunning views over the bay. The staff went above and beyond, picking us up from the bus stop and carrying our bags up the stairs. The room was impeccably clean and the shower was comfortable. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. We can’t thank Alfredo, Vinzenza, and Rosario enough for their kindness and hospitality. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the port where you can catch a ferry to the Amalfi coast, and close to a train station for easy connections to Naples.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a better wifi connection. While it was usable, the wifi was slightly temperamental.

The hotel is situated in a historical district and has been renovated beautifully. The view from the room was stunning and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff, particularly the lady manager, was very hospitable and friendly. They provided us with a lot of useful information about how to get around and what to do in the area. The location of the hotel was very central, with easy access to all of the main tourist attractions. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and our room.
The staircase leading to the rooms was steep and narrow, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. the language barrier with some of the staff members made communication challenging at times.
